Delivery & Returns
1. DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered at the weekend or on bank holidays or between Christmas and New Year. Certain items carry slightly longer lead times which are stated next to the product. If there will be a delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If this is not convenient we will refund your original payment.
All of our orders are sent by courier and are charged at a flat rate of £10 per order for all UK mainland deliveries (excluding the Scottish Highlands). We can deliver to all parts of the UK and beyond but this may incur a higher delivery charge.
2. RETURNS (refunds and exchanges)
We want you to be happy with the product/s that you have bought from us but understand that on occasion you may need to return an item. If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know as soon as possible. You have 30 days to return or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition in the original packaging explaining the reason for the return. The item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and you will be responsible for the delivery charge to return to us.
3. REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. We will refund delivery charges in the event of damaged goods only.
